I have been hard at work maintaining my happiness. One thing that works is Duolingo. Duolingo is a language learning application that has made my life full of challenges and excitement as I try to understand the Japanese language.
私は幸せを維持していくために、熱心に課題をしています。その一つが "Duolingo"という言語学習アプリです。これで日本語を理解しようと努力するにつれて、やりがいや刺激でいっぱいになります。
The most challenging thing is recognizing the characters, not just hiragana, katakana, but kanji!
一番の難問はひらがなやカタカナではなく、漢字を理解することです！
But using Duolingo has been very convenient and I think it makes learning the language so much easier. You should try it! You want to learn English, don't you?
ですが、Duolingoはとても便利で言語学習をより楽にさせてくれます。これを使って皆さんも英語学習をしてみては？

私は小さな家庭菜園をいつものようにしています。
This time I can boast the presence of garlic, lettuce, sweet peas, potatoes, peppers, green onions. I am also excited to tell you the outcome …
今回はにんにく、レタス、豆、ジャガイモ、ピーマン、ねぎを自慢します。
その結果を伝えるのにワクワクします。
Well, the lettuce weighed 600g.
レタスは600gのものができました。
I picked 46 peas, each weighed approximately 7g.
豆は46個収穫して、その重さは約7gでした。
My total yield of peas from the plant was
Three hundred and twenty-two grams!!
豆の収穫量は合計、322gでした！
The potatoes did not perform as well as I expected. I got some potatoes. They were small. I have enjoyed them in stews and soups.
ジャガイモは思ったほどうまくできていませんでした。小さいものを収穫して、シチューやスープに入れて食べました。
I recently added this beauty, which is doing well in a much bigger pot!
そして最近、このより大きな鉢植えを追加しました！
I think plants are most therapeutic.
I wait patiently for my newly planted peppers and tomatoes….
植物は一番健康に良いものだと私は思います。
新しく植えたトマトとピーマンが育つのを待っています。
